Outstanding fauna, even more Silkies than on the previous trip

Crossing:Pretty rough on the way to Malpelo but some fast sailing for the last 100 miles. Good sailing on the way back but later rough and heavy rain. Weather:Always fresh to strong winds with the exception of 3 days calm and sunshine in Malpelo. Dive Conditions:First strong, later moderate currents. Normally good visibility in all depth. 26 degrees surface temperature and 4 degrees colder at 30 meters Highlights:Hundreds of Silkies every day, even more than on the previous trip, good Hammerhead encounters, many Galapagos Sharks, 3 Whalesharks and even a huge Smalltooth Sandtiger ! in June !!
